Galvanized Rolling shutters are most popular and classic type of rolling shutter. In Miacasa we call it Heavy Duty Industrial Grade rolling shutter. These types of shutters are mainly used for factories, warehouses, industries, and commercial buildings.

GI rolling shutter slats are constructed with top quality GI strips and each slat are interlocked and end locks are fixed by welding in each alternative slats. Guide rails are constructed with GI ‘G’ type standard model or customized model as per the site requirement. Rolling shutter barrel is prepared with modern unsprang barrel system and prime painted. Barrel is connected to end plates using shafts and bearings. Shutters are equipped with heavy duty motors and operated with push buttons or remote controllers or access control systems. All the shutters are finished with client’s choice of powder coated finish.
